Why aren't my clients receiving emails?

When you send your client their itinerary through Travefy and your client says that they aren't receiving the email, they may need to check their spam folders and once they find it, mark it as not spam.

Below, we have provided the links for popular email service providers on how to prevent emails from being mislabeled as spam from Travefy:

Gmail Yahoo
AOL Outlook
MSN SBCGlobal
   

If your client was unable to find it in their spam folder contact us at professional@travefy.com.
