When you forward an email confirmation, our system will read it, process it, and populate it on your itinerary. Sometimes, not every confirmation is formatted so that it can be automatically read. When that happens, your confirmation will be sent through manual processing. When that happens, it can take longer than other confirmations especially when it is a PDF or multiple booking confirmations (package).
You can watch the status of the confirmation from the alert on your itinerary notifying you that we are currently "Processing Forwarded Email Confirmations". You can press the alert to see which confirmations are currently processing as well.
