Coupon and Discount Policy

General Guidelines:

  • Travefy does not accept expired coupons. Coupons expire at 11:59 pm Central Standard Time (CST) on the expiration date.
  • Active coupons can be honored if you have purchased a new subscription (this includes first month purchased or a subscription upgrade from annual or to a new plan) within the past 30 days. This includes Starter or Plus subscriptions on a monthly or annual subscription. Please note, if you are applying a discount towards a monthly subscription, we may apply the discount to the following month's recurring subscription.  
  • Coupons being used on a monthly subscription are only applied to the first month unless the coupon states otherwise. 
  • If you were charged full price after applying a coupon code, email professional@travefy.com right away so we can update your account and apply the discount. Please note, if you are applying a discount towards a monthly subscription, we may apply the discount to the following month's recurring subscription.  
  • Only one coupon is accepted per transaction. You cannot combine offers.
