Why Can't My Clients See the Shareable Itinerary?

If your client attempts to view the shareable itinerary and it doesn't appear for them, you will want to make sure that the trip itinerary is Published

To publish (or unpublish) the trip itinerary, go to Trip Details and press the button to Published

Pro Tip: You can always see if the itinerary is published or unpublished by viewing the green or red symbol next to the itinerary name:

Red = Unpublished
Green = Published
