My Client Can't Find Messaging on the Trip Plans App

If your clients are unable to see messages from you on the Trip Plans app, make sure that your chat is enabled. You can enable chat by going into the trip itinerary, click on Trip Details, and press to Enabled next to Messaging. 

Your clients can chat by pressing on the Chat icon on the top right of their app:
