To share and collaborate on an itinerary with someone else, you will need to be on the Enterprise package. If you would like to be upgraded to Enterprise you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to share an itinerary with a team member:
1. First, you will need to be the host of the itinerary to invite collaborators. If you are not the host and need to be, you can ask the admin to make you the host of the itinerary.
Go to the itinerary which you would like to share with other team members and at the top press the Invite Collaborators button.
2. Next, you can invite someone to collaborate by entering their email into the box provided and then press Send.
If you would like to remove someone from being a collaborator, you can do so by pressing Remove next to their name under "Manage Existing Collaborators".
