How do I share the itinerary with clients on the trip plans app?

If you have the Travefy Profesional Plus plan, your client will have the option to view their itinerary on an iOS or Android device. How they access the itinerary is simple...

When you're ready to send your client the itinerary, click Send to Client on the top of the itinerary builder and choose Email. Enter the client's name, email and a custom message, then click Send Email

Your client will receive an email with a link to download the app either on their iOS or Android device. Once they have downloaded the app, they can press View The Itinerary and the itinerary will automatically load in the Trip Plans app. 

Your client can go to the Trip Plans app anytime to view their itinerary, and even access it when offline and in airplane mode.
