How does the Trip Plans Mobile App Work?

If you are on the Plus plan (or Enterprise) of Travefy Professional, you can email your client's itinerary to them and they can then download the Trip Plans app on iOS or Android and view the itinerary there and on offline mode. 

Here's how to send an itinerary:

1. Once the trip itinerary is ready to be sent, click Send To Clients and then click the Email option. You can then enter their information and press Send

2. Below is an example of what the email will look like when sent to your clients. 

3. From the email, your client can download the app and then once downloaded, the client can tap "View the itinerary" and it will open on the Trip Plans app. Within the app, the user can navigate around the itinerary, click on days and events, as well as have the option to call or email the agent directly from the app.

You also have the option to Enable or Disable the Messaging feature. Click here to find out more. 

Here is an example of a what it looks like when the user clicks on a day. They can click on the information, website, phone number, etc.
