How does Travefy notify people about expenses owed?

UPDATE: As of 3/13/2017 the credit, debit, and ACH (bank accounts) have been removed from the Travefy Expense tool. If you created a trip before this date, you will still have the option to use all methods of payment.

After you click the “+ Ask People to Pay You” button to collect money from your group, you are able to select the methods you are willing to accept payment as well as choose how to handle fees for all payments. At that point you can also personalize a message that will go out to everyone in the group you are collecting from. 


Anyone in your group that you are collecting from will then receive a simple email with that personalized message.
